While all the world is focused on Iraq, Iran and the collapsing global economy, George Bush has quietly implemented a plan which would turn loose U.S. military troops on domestic soil. In other words, Bush has set in motion one of the essential steps of formally re-creating America as a police state; thus driving a stake into the heart of Posse Comitatus.
