#PhilandoCastile: Shock & anger as world reacts to black man's killing by police

A day after #AltonSterling trended on Twitter, another black man shot dead by police has taken his place.

Philando Castile was killed while sitting in his car alongside his girlfriend and her four-year-old daughter after being pulled over for a broken taillight. He had just informed the officer he was carrying a licensed concealed weapon.  Read more.
