Former Atlanta cop charged with murder for killing unarmed driver

An Atlanta cop who killed an unarmed black driver when he blindly fired into a passing car has been charged with murder.

Arrest warrants for Officer James Burns — who was fired from the force after the June killing of 22-year-old Deravis Caine Rogers — were issued Friday, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said.  Read more.
