US Government Threatens California City Trying to Save Homeowners From Foreclosure

Mark Karlin @ Buzzflash - In a move that is hard to fathom considering how many banks too big to fail are being fined for subprime mortgage fraud, the nation's top house financing regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, is threatening that if the City of Richmond, California, uses eminent domain to save homes for families, mortgages will be cut off for the city.  Read more.
