Judge Doubles Down on Order Requiring Michigan Officials to Deliver Clean Water in Flint

A federal judge told state officials in Michigan on Friday that they must comply with an order to deliver bottled water to residences in Flint, Michigan, even as the officials challenged the delivery order in an appeals court.
