San Francisco sheriff’s deputies charged in connection with November beating

Two San Francisco sheriff’s deputies face felony charges following the release of a video showing them beating a suspected car thief during an arrest. The Alameda County officers are expected to surrender by Wednesday and be held in lieu of bail.  Read more.
