American Apparel ousts Dov Charney 'for cause,' cites misconduct investigation
LA Times - Dov Charney, the controversial chairman of American Apparel, was ousted Wednesday by the company's board of directors, which said the action "grew out of an ongoing investigation into alleged misconduct."
