Executions up 15% worldwide in 2013, reports Amnesty Intl

CBS News - The number of executions worldwide rose by almost 15 percent in 2013, according to a new report on the death penalty by the non-profit human rights group Amnesty International. 

The top five countries for executions were China, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and the United States.  Read more.
