Leading gay rights activist murdered in Cameroon

France 24 - A leading gay rights activist was tortured and killed just weeks after he issued a public warning about the threat posed by "anti-gay thugs" in Cameroon, a rights group said. Eric Lembembe's body was found Monday by friends in the capital Yaounde.  Read more.
