Chávez Heir, Nicolás Maduro, Wins Venezuelan Vote

NY Times - Nicolás Maduro, the acting president and handpicked political heir to Hugo Chávez, narrowly won election to serve the remainder of Mr. Chávez’s six-year term as president of Venezuela, officials said late Sunday.
