Mark Karlin @ Truthout - On February 17, 2007, an intoxicated off-duty Chicago police officer, Anthony "Tony" Abbate walked behind the bar of Jesse's Shortstop Inn and pummeled, punched and stomped 125-pound bartender Karolina Obrycka.
